- Valid CDL-A License
- Minimum 2 years OTR experience
- DOT Medical Certificate
- Clean MVR (last 3 years)
- No more than 1 preventable accident (last 3 years)
- Truck must pass DOT inspection
- Valid insurance (100/300/100 minimum)
- FMCSA compliance
